However, the Dawson’s Creek actor was all praises for the Inception director. Katie Holmes simply did not regret her decision to pursue Mad Money. She said-
“I had a great experience working with Chris Nolan [and] I’m sure it’s going to be a great movie. [But] I chose to do this movie, [Mad Money], and I’m really proud of it… I wish them all the best for this summer. I’m excited to see The Dark Knight.”
Many critics even assumed that Katie Holmes’ early exit from the trilogy was a big career mistake. According to the rumors, it is assumed that the Mission Impossible star is the reason behind Katie Holmes’ exit from the Batman trilogy. It was speculated that Tom Cruise had taken control of the actor’s career. A report even stated that-
“We’re told Tom also imposed his will during “Batman Begins” … prohibiting Katie from flying with the rest of the cast. Instead, Katie would only travel on Tom’s private jet.
However, the Rare Objects star squashed all the rumors and clearly stated that Tom Cruise is not responsible for her exit from the DC franchise.
The Katie Holmes And Jamie Foxx Breakup
After the bitter divorce from Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes was rumored to be dating Jamie Foxx in 2015. They broke up after 6 years of their relationship. This came to light within a year after the Ocean’s 8 actor’s legal separation from her ex-husband Tom Cruise.
They were spotted holding hands, partying, and spending time together. Their breakup shocked everyone as the ex-couple looked very happy with each other- whether it was at the award functions or whenever they were spotted by the paparazzi.
A source close to the Day Shift actor revealed-
“Jamie is someone Katie can trust and have fun with. She’s getting everything from Jamie that she didn’t get with Tom Cruise.”
