Max Fosh Issued 10 Billion Shares for His Venture to Become The World’s Richest Man for 7 Minutes
The 28-year-old standup comedian and Youtuber, Max Fosh surprised the world by pulling a prank that made him become World’s Richest Man for 7 Minutes. While it would be quite exciting to hear, it nearly gave him a lot of trouble.
He shared, “I step up a new company and registered it with the government.” In a previous video, he clarified that setting up a company in the UK can be quite easy as it requires only essential forms to be filled. He came up with “Unlimited Money Ltd” as the name of his new venture.
After filling up his checked boxes of what his company would be doing, he went on to issue “10 billion shares” for the company.
In his Youtube video, he explained,
“If I created and registered a company with 10 billion shares, and then sold one of those shares for 50 pounds(dollars), that would legally value my company at 500 billion pounds (500 billion dollars), thus making me the richest man in the world, absolutely decimating my nearest rival Elon Musk.”
After he was done with issuing a large number of shares for the company, he planned for the next step.
Max Fosh’s Crucial Step That Eventually Helped Him in Reaching The Goal!
While his initial step to issue a massive number of stocks for his imaginary company kicked off that plan, it still needed a push. He opened up about his next process which was to pitch people in buying his stocks.
“I tried to sell one of those shares” with one share being priced at 50 dollars. While it was not working in the beginning, he “eventually found hope” when a woman agreed to become the first investor in his company.
That lady “agreed to buy 1 share of Unlimited Money Limited for 50 Quid.”
With that, he successfully overcame his setback and could argue that his 10,000 shares of the company would each be worth 50 dollars. His information even got a green light from a valuation advisor who agreed that he possessed a company worth $500 billion. However, his success came along with a warning that he could get in a lot of trouble due to his fraudulent activity. After getting warned about the same, he eventually shut down the company and achieved the hallmark of being the world’s richest man for 7 minutes.
