Carol Danvers, Kamala Khan, and Monica Rambeau played by Brie Larson, Iman Vellani, and Teyonah Parris are all set to team up together to fight off an other-worldly reality-ripping enemy Dar Benn in The Marvels with a set of different mindsets. When Dar-Benn, played by Zawe Ashton causes a hole in space-time, Monica Rambeau will find herself trapped on another side and in a diverse reality. However, Monica, like Danvers and Khan is capable of space flight, energy absorption, and super-strength, will need all the powers of her teammates as well to close the hole.
But the real twist starts in the post-credit scene in which Monica witnesses that her mother isn’t dead and sees her doing well. However, she realizes that things aren’t the way they look as it will be a completely diverse truth as the iconic superhero and founding member of the X-Men, Beast comes into existence and informs Monica that she’s into a new world and her mother who becomes Binary and has no memory of her daughter left.
