The Los Angeles house that Affleck bought in 2018 for $19 million is a luxurious property. The house consists of seven bedrooms with nine bathrooms. The 13,500-square-foot property also has a pool and spa with additional amenities.
The news of listing the house was shared by the Los Angeles agent Zac Mostame. He shared the post on his social media, where he described different features of the house. The 49-year-old actor bought the property to be near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. But now the listing happens one month after his marriage to Jennifer Lopez.

The Los Angeles property of 13,500-square-foot has massive seven bedrooms. It includes nine bathrooms and a family room with a fireplace.
The 49-year-old actor has put his house on the market, which is located near the posh Riviera Country Club with views of the surrounding mountains. The typical white brick house has a column-framed entrance. Inside the house, there is a winding staircase, and the dining room has a striking chandelier. The kitchen has a butler’s pantry and marble counters. A large glass wall seamlessly connects the rooms and the terrace. Beautiful fireplaces are placed in indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Additional features of the mansion include a walk-in wine cellar, movie theater room, spa-like bathroom, and a rec room equipped with a full bar. The agent Zac Mostame holds the current listing and shared the news on his Instagram. In the caption, he mentioned the feature of the house. Affleck and Lopez will stay in James Packer’s huge $60m home in Beverly Hills with their family until the new house is ready.
Together with Lopez’s twins, Emme and Maximilan Muiz, 14, whom she has with Marc Anthony, the couple’s blended family now includes Affleck’s two daughters, Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, whom he shares with Garner.
