Doctor Strange 2: 5 X-Men Characters We Wish To See Except Wolverine
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness received a movie trailer during this year’s Super Bowl broadcast and it left fans feeling rather shocked. Many fans speculate that Patrick Stewart could be reprising his role as Professor X. If true, then having Professor X join forces with other Marvel heroes as Doctor Strange would certainly open a lot of new doors to new plotlines. That being said, these are the 5 X-Men characters fans also wish to see in Doctor Strange 2 except Wolverine –
Professor X
His participation in the upcoming film is still highly classified. But fans have noticed his voice in the trailer and during the fan festival as well. It most likely means he will appear in some way/shape/form in the movie. Considering two of his canonical versions, Patrick Stewart is likely playing the third edition to the character who is on a secret council called the Illuminati and has contact with other major Marvel Heroes such as Spiderman and Doctor Strange as well.

Apocalypse
He is, perhaps, the longest of shots for an X-Men character who could appear in the MCU in some way. As Oscar Issac has been cast as ‘The Wanderer’ aka Moon Knight – which will delve deeply into ancient Egyptian lore – it wouldn’t be surprising if Apocalypse makes an appearance in the MCU with Doctor Strange 2.
Deadpool
Many are asking if Deadpool could appear in Doctor Strange 2. It can be said that the Merc with a Mouth sort of makes sense in obvious ways if he comes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This protagonist is known for breaking the fourth wall. Thus, he could fit right into any situation that comes up in Doctor Strange 2. We think that his presence would make a better sense just as a cameo than getting involved in the action given how volatile things might look.

Quicksilver
Fans were disappointed when Evan Peters’ character in WandaVision appeared to be Ralph Boner instead of Quicksilver. It seems like he will appear in the new film as Wanda’s nephew. Given Wanda’s history with her brother, we suspect that fans may see her visiting the alternative realities where she and Pietro have a less fraught relationship at being related. Or perhaps a version where she is still Magneto’s daughter which could lead her to a reckoning with other versions of herself across the multiverse.
Magneto
Scarlet Witch’s origins have been rewritten a few times in the comics. Most recently, this was due to rights issues between Fox and Marvel. Now that those issues no longer exist, it makes it possible to give Scarlet Witch the backstory of Magneto’s daughter and a debut to the X-Men character in the MCU as well.
