The As It Was singer sent fans into a frenzy as he performed a ‘shoey,’ an Australian beer-drinking tradition that involves pouring an alcoholic drink into a shoe and drinking it in one go. Though the term ‘shoey‘ might seem disgusting, this is actually a pretty well-loved party tradition in Australia.
A TikTok video showed Styles taking off one of his green Adidas sneakers, pouring liquid into it, and chugging it during his live performance in front of his crazy fans. Then, after drinking beer from his own shoe, he wore the wet shoe for the rest of the concert night.
