Everything seemed normal, however, viewers pointed out the “awkward tone” that Kim K used while giving the speech. According to a fan on Reddit, the tension between the two sisters was visible in the wedding clips. The fan shared that after watching the episode,

After her split with ex Scott Disick, Kourtney Kardashian moved on with Travis Barker. The new couple got engaged back in 2021. Following that the pair got married legally in Las Vegas in what is known as a “practice wedding”. This took place after Barker performed at the 2022 Grammys.
And the next month, another wedding ceremony was held in Italy. So this time the pair went overseas to make the wedding vows. And since then Barker and Kardashian have shared glimpses into their love life many times.
