“It was surreal,” she said, “as soon as I walked on set, I was transfixed by the whole production.”
Getting into detail, she talked about how mesmerizing the set atmosphere was for her. From the lighting up sabers to getting to shoot on the Volume [Lucasfilm’s cutting-edge LED soundstage], captivated her. She was “transfixed by the moment”. She said:
“We’re shooting on the Volume and the camera’s behind me. My sabers light up and I’m looking at just Star Wars. Literally ceiling to wall – classic, proper Star Wars. And my head was exploding. I remember the director called action and I just kind of…didn’t move? I was just so transfixed by the moment.”
She commended her co-stars on their hard work and team spirit. And appreciated the camaraderie the cast and crew share behind the scenes. She said:
“The synergy on set was fantastic. Everyone involved brought their A-game and shared a genuine love for the Star Wars universe.”

Rosario Dawson’s Dreamlike Reality
