Taylor Swift recently broke up with her boyfriend of 6 years, Joe Alwyn. When they started dating, it was decided that their relationship would be an intimate but private one. The latest news is that Swift is dating Matty Healy. The singers are allegedly “madly in love” with each other, so much so that they’re ready to go public at Swift’s upcoming Nashville tour stop.

The two love birds dated 10 years ago but for a very brief period. A source has revealed, “It’s super-early days, but it feels right. They first dated, very briefly, almost 10 years ago but the timings just didn’t work out,”. The source has also claimed, “Both Matty and Taylor have been touring over the past few weeks, so it’s been a lot of FaceTiming and texting but she cannot wait to see him again,”. Fans believe that, unlike Taylor Swift‘s previous relationship, she wants to “own” this romance, and not hide it away.
The source went on to add, “Taylor just wants to live her life and be happy. She’s told pals Matty is flying to Nashville over the weekend to support her on the next leg of her tour,”.

Matty Healy Cancels His Tradition For Taylor Swift
The I’m in Love With You singer, who has a tradition of kissing fans during the show, told the audience that he would not be smooching anyone in Swift’s presence. Healy told the audience of one of his band’s January concerts that he was ditching the bold move when she joined him on stage to perform a collaboration. He said, “I’m not kissing anybody in front of Taylor Swift, have some respect,”. “In front of the queen, it’s not happening,” he added.
Prior to Swift’s surprise appearance, Healy regularly asked for consent before kissing lucky attendees. Interestingly enough, Swift performed her song Anti-Hero live for the first time as well as a cover of The 1975’s song The City at the band’s London concert in January.
