“It now looks worse for him”: Johnny Depp Reportedly Worried As His Dark Past Unravels Including Erectile Dysfunction Amidst Major Celebrities Starting To Support Amber Heard
Recently, Johnny Depp’s fans paid $3000 to unseal more than 6,000 pages of court documents from Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial to find information against Amber Heard. However, the plan backfired as it exposed Johnny Depp and brought out the information he tried to hide into the limelight. The document revealed a lot of shocking evidence which was not presented in court during the trial. Even though a lot of people claim that the document is real, there still is no solid proof of it being official and they were only “leaked” on Twitter.
The document revealed that Johnny Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction
As per the document which was posted on Twitter, Johnny Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction and that is why he apparently resorted to throwing a bottle at Amber Heard. The document said,
“Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to r*pe Amber Heard. Mr. Depp’s erectile dysfunction makes it more probable that Mr. Depp would be angry or agitated in encounters with Amber Heard, and that he would resort to a bottle. This relevance is not substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice. The erectile dysfunction is not likely to generate a “strong emotional response” that would make it “unlikely that the jury could make a rational evaluation of it’s proper evidentiary weight”
This could be bad for Johnny Depp and his reputation as the actor might lose support all over again. After Amber Heard’s accusations, the actor was boycotted by everyone and is still struggling to find his place back in Hollywood. Brett Ward, an attorney, said,
“Absolutely, it was worse for Johnny. Johnny Depp’s team won some key pretrial legal rulings. Overall, because he had better rulings during the pre-trial portion of the case, the stuff that he kept out hurts him more. The totality of the material now looks worse for him.”
Johnny Depp’s legal team wanted to use Amber Heard’s intimate pictures as evidence
As per the document, Johnny Depp’s legal team wanted to use Amber Heard’s intimate pictures as evidence in court but Amber Heard’s legal team opposed this by stating,
“Mr. Depp inappropriately seeks to introduce evidence of the following Irrelevant Personal Matters: (1) nude pictures of Amber Heard; (2) Amber Heard’s sister Whitney’s reality show video; (3) Whitney and Amber’s past romantic relationships; (4) Amber’s brief stint as an exotic dancer years before she met Mr. Depp and Mr. Depp attempting to frivolously and maliciously suggest or imply that Ms. Heard was at one time an escort.”
It even stated that Amber Heard said, “It is not about the money,” after declining millions of dollars that was offered to her during their divorce proceedings.
Ellen Barkin accused the actor of drugging her
The documents also contained information regarding Ellen Barkin’s testimony during the trial. She claimed that Johnny Depp drugged her before having s*x with her for the first time in the 90s. She recalled that he gave her a Quaalude and asked if he could have s*x with her. She also said, “He was drunk all the, most, a lot of the time” claiming that the actor was always drinking or smoking a joint and she saw him using cocaine, marijuana, and hallucinogenic drugs. She summed it up by saying that there was always an air of violence around the actor.
