Soon Foxx began struggling to figure out what was happening with him, and thus suffered an alleged “meltdown”.
According to reports, Jamie Foxx even threw a “tantrum” on set, prior to his medical emergency. The 55-year-old actor soon suffered a “medical complication” that required immediate hospitalization. As of now, it remains unclear what kind of complication it was or what impact it would have had on the actor. However, it is a relief that Foxx is currently doing fine under intense care.
Corinne Foxx Updates Fans About Jamie Foxx’s Condition
In an attempt to inform his fans, Jamie Foxx’s eldest daughter, Corinne Foxx, posted about the actor’s health scare on Instagram. Releasing a statement revealing Foxx’s medical issue, his daughter wrote, “We wanted to share that, my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday [Tuesday],”. Without revealing the medical issue, the statement continued, “Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,”.
Liberating his fans from immense stress, his family ended the statement with, “We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time”. At this moment, it is still unclear what symptoms Foxx faced that made him call for medical help. The actor’s representatives are yet to comment on his health issue, revealing more about his condition and whether he is familiar with the symptoms. However, sources with direct knowledge shared, “He’s communicating now, and that’s good news.” without giving out information any further.
Unaware of the specificity of his condition, as of now it has been revealed Jamie Foxx’s health is improving. However, there is no word of when he shall be released from the hospital. Getting back on set and restarting his work, therefore, seems like a distant dream for the 55-year-old actor.
