According to the speculations around the comeback of a few actors and reprising their role in the third installment of Ryan Reynolds Deadpool, actor Jennifer Garner is also supposed to make a comeback with the Marvel project. The Dallas Buyers Club actor would be reprising Elektra, one of her most iconic characters of all time in Deadpool 3.

In the shared video, Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool was seen having a tough time against Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine.
Despite having a common origin story, both Deadpool and Wolverine had a rocky relationship as depicted in the Marvel Comics.

According to the clash between both superheroes, it can be assumed that Wolverine is angry with Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool over some major issue as both superheroes have conflicting personalities and have a difficult time being around each other.
Deadpool comes under the list of R-rated superhero comedy-drama genres. During an interview with the media outlet The Playlist, Deadpool 3 writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese mentioned that Disney would not be messing up with the R-rating of Deadpool 3. The writer duo said-
“They are gonna let Deadpool be Deadpool, you know? It’s not like any particular joke may be the one that they say, ‘You know, that’s too far,’ that could happen, but to this point, it’s been nothing but support.”
Deadpool’s character is popular for its raunchy humor and has been a fan favorite for one of these reasons. Ryan Reynolds’ portrayal of Deadpool feels like the Canadian actor was born to play the superhero. Deadpool is arguably one of his best characters played by the actor as of now.
Hugh Jackman On Coming Back As Wolverine In Ryan Reynolds Deadpool 3
Hugh Jackman set the internet on fire in September 2022, when the Logan actor announced his comeback for the much-anticipated prequel of Deadpool. The X-Men star had hung his claws on the sets of the superhero franchise back in 2017. The Australian actor has kept his fans updated with respect to his upcoming collaboration with Ryan Reynolds. Recently, he posted a picture of himself and Ryan Reynolds all suited up in their superhero attire from the set of Deadpool 3 on Instagram.
During an interview with the news outlet CNN, the Van Helsing actor spoke about reprising Wolverine for the tenth time and his association with Deadpool 3. The actor said-
“I mean, you’ve categorized it as a Deadpool movie. We like to call it Wolverine 10 in our house. Basically, this is taking place… The story is pre-Logan. Which is, exactly as you said, where Logan died. So, we are that in the storyline.”
With the addition of superheroes and a star-studded cast, Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 is expected to be one of the biggest blockbusters of 2024.
Deadpool 3 is set to hit theaters on June 4, 2024.
