Marvel Fans May Have Missed Chris Hemsworth’s Wife Elsa Pataky in Thor: Love and Thunder: What Role Did Elsa Pataky Play in MCU?
Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth are a couple straight out of a romantic Hollywood script. The two met in 2010 through the actor’s talent agent and tied the knot within a few months. They’ve been inseparable since.
The 13-year relationship has seen the couple avoid any major hiccups (that we know of), raise three kids, celebrate important relationship milestones on social media, and in Pataky’s own words “grow together.”
During this time, the Spanish model, who got her big Hollywood break in 2006 in the movie Snakes on a Plane has rarely rocked major roles, focusing instead on staying at home with the kids. Still, she has managed to find time to share a few moments on screen with the love of her life.

Elsa Pataky’s Role in Chris Hemsworth’s MCU
Elsa Pataky has mostly appeared in front of the camera in the last decade or so to either support Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto in the Fast and Furious franchise as Elena Neves or to back her husband Chris Hemsworth in a number of projects through little cameo appearances.
Hemsworth has enjoyed great success in recent times with the role of talented swordsman Thor Odinson in several Marvel Cinematic Universe Comics. His fame and brilliant work has also seen him bag four stand-alone Thor movies. Interestingly, in three of those four movies, Pataky has also managed to share a little screen time with the action hero.
In Thor: The Dark World she stood in for Natalie Portman as Jane Foster for a kissing scene. In Thor: Ragnarok she played the role of Sakaaran Nurse who washed him off after his battle with the Hulk. Lastly, she also featured in the fourth installment of the franchise, Thor: Love and Thunder.
Some fans might’ve missed her role in the movie because of her costume. She played the role of Wolf Woman, a former lover of Thor. Her appearance included a hairdo of a wolf-like mane and pointy canines.
Pataky wasn’t the only Hemsworth family member to appear in the movie. Two of the actor’s three children also made cameos. Hemsworth’s daughter played the character of Love and his son featured as a young Thor.

As mentioned earlier, the cute couple loves to give fans a glimpse into their life from time to time.
Hemsworth entered into his 40s last Friday, and to commemorate the milestone that most Hollywood actors don’t really like (because looks matter! Right?) Pataky celebrated the day by adding a hilarious caption to a picture of his seemingly shocked face.

“That’s exactly the face a made when I turned 40 my love,” she wrote in her Instagram post.
But as always, Pataky made sure to let him know she has got his back, promising the 40-year-old star that she’ll be present to give him her beauty secrets. The Spaniard is seven years older than her partner.
