In an interview, Gisele Bundchen explained how she felt after separating from her ex-husband Tom Brady. The model explained that it was one of the most difficult decisions for her. Bundchen said,
“It’s tough because you imagine your life was going to be a certain way, and you did everything you could, you know?”
There was a slew of speculations around the reason why the NFL legend and the model parted ways. The biggest rumor was that Bundchen wanted Brady to give up on his career and spend more time with the family. Bundchen dismissed all the rumors by saying,
“What’s been said is one piece of a much bigger puzzle. I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever. If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me. I want all his dreams to come true.”
Brady fans trolled Bundchen for a very long time for making the NFL star give up on his career after he announced his retirement on 1 February 2023. He announced his retirement a few months after his divorce from his ex-wife.

Bundchen talked about her feelings after their separation. One of the major reasons why the NFL player and Bundchen called it quits was that they wanted different things in life. During the interview, while talking about her divorce from Brady, the model said,
“Sometimes you grow together; sometimes you grow apart. When I was 26 years old and he was 29 years old, we met, we wanted a family, we wanted things together.”
She further added,
“As time goes by, we realize that we just wanted different things, and now we have a choice to make. That doesn’t mean you don’t love the person.”
