‘She couldn’t predict her own case’: Bob Dylan Finally Wins Against Fake Sexual Abuse Charges Made By Psychic, Claims the Nobel Laureate Singer Abused Her As a Kid
Last year, a woman claimed that Bob Dylan, who is now 81, abused her in 1965. She stated that the incident left her “emotionally scarred and psychologically damaged.” The singer’s team of lawyers quickly called the case “false, malicious, reckless and defamatory” and a “brazen shakedown masquerading as a lawsuit.” However, the woman has now withdrawn the case after she was accused of destroying evidence.

The woman was accused of destroying evidence
Bob Dylan’s legal team accused the woman of destroying key evidence after she refused to turn over emails and text messages just before the deadline set by the court. As a result, the case will be dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning it will be permanently closed and cannot be refiled.
Bob Dylan’s attorney issued a statement
Bob Dylan’s attorney, Orin Snyder, issued a statement saying,
“This case is over. It is outrageous that it was filed in the first place. We are pleased that the plaintiff has withdrawn from this lawyer-prompted charade and that the case has been dismissed with prejudice.”
The case was filed in New York State Supreme Court on August 13, 2021. The victim claimed that Bob Dylan molested her at the Chelsea Hotel over a six-week period in 1965. She stated that she was 12 years old at the time while the musician would have been between 23 and 24 years old. Bob Dylan is yet to comment on the incident.
