With the fourth season of Stranger Things, Stephen revealed that splitting it into two seasons was “silly”. He posted “Is this the whole season or those another one of those that they separate into two parts? In my opinion, that’s a little silly.” Following what Stephen tweeted, the creators of Stranger Things, Matt and Ross Duffer responded to Stephen King. “Sorry Uncle Stevie. 8 and 9 aren’t finished yet, but we’re working as fast as we can. Glad you enjoyed it you noticed the Carrie reference.”
