Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’s suicide rocked the world. The American choreographer was struggling with high-functioning depression. On December 13, 2022, he was found dead at his house in Encino Los Angeles. The celebrated hip-hopper did not even leave a will for his wife Allison Hollkar Boss and his kids.
Allison Holkar Boss and Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss got married on December 10, 2013. They even shared three kids named Weslie Renae, Maddox Laurel, and Zaia. The petition for the property was made out of concern for their kids by Allison Holkar Boss. Allison Holkar Boss Granted Half Of Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’s Estate
Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss committed suicide in 2022. His wife Allison Holkar Boss’s legal battle surrounding his estate and other earnings went on for almost four months. The actor was made to prove that she is the actual spouse of the late choreographer.
According to Californian law, a surviving spouse is entitled to receive his or her spouse’s share of community property upon death, the surviving spouse must still file a petition to prove that he or she is in fact the deceased’s spouse.
As per the order of the judge and the statement collected by the media outlet People-
“The Court finds that sufficient evidence has been provided to grant the matter on the calendar this date based upon the reading of the moving papers and consideration of all presented evidence,”
According to the documents and statements obtained by the media outlet People. Allison Holkar Boss had to request a Spousal Property Petition at the start of the year 2023. Allison Hollkar Boss was granted the ownership of half of the interest earnings from her late husband’s Goldman Sachs Investment account, as well as royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services, GEP Talent Services, SAG/AFTRA, and Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. She even went on to get 100% of all the shares of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc
Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss Honored by Wife Allison Holkar Boss And Ellen DeGeneres
Allison Holkar Boss organized an event in Los Angeles to celebrate the life of her late husband and celebrated TV personality Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss which was attended by almost 500 people.
The High School Musical actor said during her speech-
“He chose love, grace and kindness. And he deserves to be celebrated.”
Reputed faces from the entertainment world like Ellen DeGeneres, Loni Love, Wayne Brady, and Derek Hough were also a part of the event. Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss left behind his wife and three kids. His wife had shared a special message at his funeral. She said-
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share that my husband Stephen has left us.”Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends, and community above all else, and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”
The late choreographer’s wife Allison Holkar Boss added-
“To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children.”
Depression had taken over Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss and it resulted in an unfortunate suicide. The famous American dancer and actor bid goodbye to the world before his time in 2022.
