Recently, a royal commentator Kerry Kennedy shared her insight regarding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decisions. She claimed that the pair had the moral courage to question their family about how the power structure was maintained. And that they knew about the consequences of making such decisions as they did.
Royal Expert calls Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ‘Heroic’
In the Spanish publication Vanitattis, an insight by human rights activist Kerry Kennedy was shared. Kennedy has shared her opinion on the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex’s decisions since stepping down from royal duties. Since the arrival of Meghan Markle in the royal scene, the mother of two has been heavily criticized.
The upcoming docuseries has not failed to attract hate and criticism already. It is based on the years between the pair’s wedding day to the birth of their first child Archie. There are opinions out there that believe that the royal couple is trying to ruin the royal family’s image. However, Kerry Kennedy has a different view altogether. The human rights activist shared her thoughts on the couple saying,
“They went to the oldest institution in UK history and told them what they were doing wrong,” and also, “that they couldn’t have structural racism within the institution”
According to Kennedy, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were brave to question their family about the power structure that existed.

Further, Kennedy also shared that the royal couple knew about the consequences of their decision. She believes that the pair knew they were going to get ostracized. Also, lose their position in the family and get the blame for it. Kennedy shared, “I think they have been heroic in taking this step.” Before that, she also offered her insight saying that the Sussexes would not have been able to live with themselves if they had not taken the step.

However, the pair also suggested working part-time for the royal family. But was rejected by the late Queen Elizabeth II, King Charles III, and Prince William.
