The high staff turnover has now taken the shape of a full-blown war of allegations. Both, accusations and refutations are out in public and have formed the base for numerous debates. As usually noticed, the reports have also found a polarized audience, with one section strongly against the supposedly baseless rumors and another vocal for it. And, in this instance, the former may have the upper hand.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry founded new business ventures in the US to propel their lives ahead. Among them, a failed Spotify deal, a still-strong Netflix partnership, and a non-profit named Archewell Foundation took the spotlight. The latest being the Suits actress’ lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. However, even as she balances leading these, sources of The Hollywood Reporter claimed her to be a “dictator in high heels”.

Reports held the outlet’s sources, describing her work ethic as one that brought “grown men to tears”. The charges came on the backs of an alleged high staff turnover for the Sussexes, with about 18 high-level personnel leaving their camps in the last six years. Additionally, their chief of staff resigning just three months into the job added fuel to the fire.

The report also featured sources mentioning that

She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.

An allegedly challenging work environment filled with angry emails and a management style that the sources labeled as “fuming and barking orders” have grounded their PR push to a halt. However, all of it may not be the complete truth just yet.

Not long after the reports surfaced, social media took to a war of words. Remarkably, the critical side of this incident became largely overwhelmed by the out-pour of support and positivity for Meghan Markle.

Several highlighted her advocacy of human rights as irrefutable evidence of her supposedly not resorting to the labeled allegations of “bullying behavior”. Moreover, the reports also coming close on the heels of Prince Harry’s 40th birthday also added another layer of dubious suspicion, as per the social media reactions.

On a personal level, the former working royal also brushed aside the rumors calling it a “calculated smear campaign”. Moving past these allegations, the duo of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attended a tennis tournament in Los Angeles as a charity event for the Alliance for Children’s Rights, on the cusp of the latter’s birthday.
