Hollywood Popstar Britney Spears is heartbroken because of the recent interview her ex-husband Kevin Federline gave, stating the feelings of her children who chose not to appear in the popstar’s wedding which was held back in June this year in California. For the unversed, the new couple met on the set of the singer’s ‘Slumber Party’ music video back in 2016 and have been in a relationship since then.
The singer was previously married to Kevin Federline with whom she shares her two children: Preston and Jayden while the pair separated in 2007 after three years of their marriage. Before that, the singer married her childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004 however they divorced soon after it.

Britney Spears had a bitter relationship with her family, especially her father Jamie Spears who controlled her life and finances when the conservatorship was ordered by a judge. The singer shared in 2019 that she had felt forced by the conservatorship to reside at a mental health facility and to perform against her will. For the unversed, her father was appointed conservator in 2008 and since then, her life and finances were helmed by her father. Shortly after he got the authority, the Toxic singer was taken twice to a hospital amid a series of public struggles and concerns around her mental health and substance abuse.
However, Federline openly told The Daily Mail that he want their children to reconcile with their grandfather. “I would absolutely welcome Jamie Spears back in the boys’ lives. Especially if that’s what the boys wanted.”
He along with the kids has a restraining order against the singer’s alleged abusive father however he shared that he had no “hard feelings” towards the latter. “People make mistakes,” he explained. “I feel bad for him. I feel like he’s been put through the wringer.”

The 40-year-old singer was heartbroken by her ex’s words however her husband struck back by sharing a statement online that stated, “The boys are very smart and will be 18 soon to make their own decisions and may eventually realize the “tough” part was having a father who hasn’t worked much in over 15 years as a role model.”
Meanwhile, the singer is still fighting the lawsuit regarding conservatorship with her father Jamie Spears, and her former business manager, Lou Taylor.
