The single greatest night of the Wrestling Entertainment industry of the year took place last night. WWE’s Wrestlemania 39 took place over the weekend at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and it was a massive success. Wrestlemania 39 was a 2-day event and it brought a total audience of 161,892 at just the stadium alone. The number of people who watched the pay-per-view event from their homes all around the world is still unknown but the number is definitely supposed to be huge.

One of the biggest attractions of the event was the awaited Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. However, the conclusion of the fight left the fans in despair as Roman Reigns continued his reign.

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes finally clashed in their long-awaited match at the SoFi stadium. The match was the final event of the two-day wrestling event that was Wrestlemania 39. The crowd was unanimously behind Rhodes as he tried to honor his father, the late Dusty Rhodes. However, fate and The Bloodline had different plans in store for him. The Bloodline was going to interfere with the match and that was pretty much known to everyone. However, when Solo Sikoa was sent off at the start of the match, everyone started believing that Reigns’ reign will finally come to end.

After all the excitement and drama, it seemed like everything was in the perfect place. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn had already taken care of The USOS as well. Right at that moment, Paul Heyman distracted the referee as Sikoa sneaked back in and hit Cody Rhodes with a Samoan spike. Roman Reigns seized the opportunity and won the match.

The whole WWE universe unanimously supported Cody Rhodes in his clash against Roman Reigns. However, as Sikoa sneaked back in and stole Rhodes’ Wrestlemania moment from him, this left fans all around the world, up in arms. Everyone was ready to see Rhodes as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. Some fans took their discontent to Twitter and voiced their displeasure against WWE.

Some fans even tried to cancel their subscription to WWE after watching the match.

Although Cody Rhodes lost the fight, he still managed to win the hearts of millions of fans from all around the world. The man left the ring just like he entered it, as a fan favorite. Rhodes was applauded by the audience as he made his way back to the locker room.
