The source further revealed that the duo’s vibe is fun and flirty and they enjoy each other’s company.
Hamilton has been linked to several high-profile women, including Rita Ora and Nicki Minaj, since his 2015 split from longtime girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger. Shakira and Gerard Pique ended their relationship after almost 11 years of being together.

Martin also went on to reveal that a source close to the singer has alleged that she wants to date a ‘dark-skinned guy’ and does not want to try any ‘white’ anymore. He noted that Shakira and Hamilton want to take their relationship slowly and do not wish to rush into things but the inner circle already knows.
He said, “I have people close to Shakira who have been meeting with her this week, and she has told them that she is excited and happy.” These revelations also point to why the singer ‘friend zoned’ actor Tom Cruise, who was allegedly very much interested in pursuing the singer and seeing how they might be. According to reports, she politely declined Cruise’s desire as she was not interested in dating him, and with news of Hamilton and her dating, sources say, “It was a huge dent to Tom’s ego. It stung all the more because he considers Lewis a buddy.”
