The 47-year-old actress back in 2oo9 shared that she doesn’t think “fidelity” matters in a relationship with her then-partner Pitt. She spoke with Das Nieu Magazine and stated more about her beliefs regarding relationships.
The actress then told the magazine, “I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship.” Continuing more about her beliefs, she stated, “It’s worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterward.”
Sharing her relationship with the Bullet Train actor, she stated, “Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together. We make sure that we never restrict each other,”
However, their relationship didn’t last long with the former couple facing a legal lawsuit regarding the custody of their minor children.
