In a recent event, American journalist Megyn Kelly shamed Shakira and Jennifer Lopez for 2020’s Superbowl Halftime show. According to the media personality, the Latinas wore outfits that were inappropriate to perform in front of children. The journalist’s comment on the singers grabbed everyone’s attention because a few weeks back she was seen appreciating a semi-nude picture of a Swedish model.
Megyn Kelly attacked Shakira and Jennifer Lopez for their outfits
The American reporter was sharp and direct with her comments. Megyn Kelly said, “I object to like J.Lo and Shakira showing their vag at the Super Bowl.” After she criticized the stars she twisted her words a bit. So that she does not become the subject of media hate online. She said, “But I’m really not opposed to just women embracing their bodies or showing their bodies like in the photos.”
This was not the first time that J.Lo and Shakira had to bear hate for their show from 2020. Back in 2020, some users were outraged because they thought the show was vulgar. One user said, “Not appropriate for kids at a Super Bowl halftime show. Just J Lo’s outfits in general.”
The former Fox journalist got trolled for being partial against the Latina singers
Kelly got trolled for being so partial against J.Lo and Shakira. A few weeks back, the Swedish model Paulina Porizkova, shared a picture in a bikini that showed her backside. The journalist said, “She showed her bottom [and] she looks amazing,” while referring to the image from Twitter. She appreciated the supermodel for being in nothing but a bikini and shamed the pop stars for wearing revealing outfits.
