The untimely death of Matthew Perry, who played the role of Chandler Bing in the NBC sitcom FRIENDS, came as a shock to millions of people around the world. He will forever be etched in the memories of those for whom Chandler was a comforting character.

On October 28, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department found out about Matthew Perry’s death through his assistant who suspected the cause to be a cardiac arrest.
