The happy news that Britney Spears and her partner, Sam Asghari were expecting their first child together was announced last year. This news was all the more poignant because the singer-songwriter had previously stated that she was forced to have an IUD implanted during her abusive conservatorship, preventing her from becoming pregnant.
Back then, the delighted singer-songwriter opened up in an Instagram post about her thoughts on pregnancy s*x. This deleted post came on the next day of her pregnancy announcement.
For the unversed, the 41-year-old pop star also shares two sons, Jayden James Federline,16, and Sean Preston Federline, 17 with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
Britney Spears Got Candid About S*X During Pregnancy
Last year, Britney Spears shared her opinions on pregnancy s*x in a since-deleted Instagram post, and she was all up for it.
Britney Spears talked about learning to appreciate everything she has been missing out on for the past thirteen years as a result of the restrictive conservatorship. She wrote, “Just me!!!” as the caption for the post.
Spears, who appeared to be referring to the end of her 13-year conservatorship in November 2021 in her post, listed the pastimes she has since enjoyed engaging in. Some of them include reading books, donning makeup, watching classic movies, engaging in stimulating conversation, and having “the best s*x ever“.
“I’ve honestly missed so much for the last 14 years. It’s time for me to indulge into thinking, books, make-up, classic movies, great conversation and… the best s*x ever!!! S*x is great when you’re pregnant.”
Unfortunately, a month after her pregnancy announcement, the Pretty Girls singer’s “devastating news” of a miscarriage was revealed via Instagram on May 15, 2022.
“It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy. This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along. However, we were overly excited to share the good news.”
She Discussed Media Affects On Her Motherhood
In an earlier segment of her message, Britney Spears also discussed motherhood and criticized the media for constantly criticizing her for “doing the wrong thing” during her first pregnancy and early motherhood.
The Gimme More singer continued by expressing her feelings and mentioning how she had always helped her mother, Lynn Spears when she was younger. She then related how she had assisted her son, Jayden James Federline when he was a youngster and had “an extremely high fever”.
“He was 9 and I picked him up like a baby and brought him all the way upstairs to my room and put his little body in the tub lukewarm … not too cold .. not too hot.”
The singer announced the pregnancy news of her third child five months after being freed from the 13-year conservatorship that had controlled her life.
Earlier, Spears had stated in her 2021 court testimony that the conservatorship prevented her from getting married or removing the IUD.
