Aside from being one of the stars of the reality show The Kardashians, Scott Disick is also known for house-flipping. He recently bought a million-dollar Ranch-style home in Hidden Hills, LA. And undoubtedly will be turned into something much more modern and to Disick’s taste. This news comes just after the reality star was reported to have signed a “lucrative” contract to return in the third season of the show.
For those who are familiar with Disick’s history, he even had his show dedicated to house-flipping. And seemingly he has a talent in the real estate business.
Scott Disick Purchases Million-Dollar Ranch-Style House
It is not a new thing for Scott Disick to be engaged in real estate. The Kardashians star has a history of flipping homes and selling them off. Back in 2020, he flipped a Hidden Hills property into a modern farmhouse. Before that Disick even had a show Flip It Like Disick. And recently he is reported to have bought another property in Hidden Hills County in LA.
According to reports by Dirt, it is a ranch-style house costing 5 million dollars. This report came amid the news of him signing a “lucrative contract” to return for the third season of The Kardashians.
Unquestionably, Disick will probably turn it into a more modern design. He has made many transformations to times in the past. His permanent residence is a cod-style mansion, which he flipped using modern interior designs. However, instead of selling it off, Disick made it his permanent residence.
As for the recent Ranch home, according to Architectural Digest, the reality star is probably “itching to upgrade the pool“. The place has a Kidney-shaped pool which Disick called “absolutely horrible” as per the publication. Therefore, there is a big chance that the pool will be transformed into a modern and sleek “infinity” pool.
Furthermore, the property is 3003 Square feet and consists of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Moreover, it also has a tennis court and a covered patio.
Scott Disick Returning For The Kardashians Season 3
There had been doubts surrounding whether Scott Disick would make a return in The Kardashians’ new season. But back in March, things got clearer as Daily Mail reported Disick had signed a contract. According to the publication sources close to Disick’s ex Kourtney Kardashians had come out with the news. And reportedly, the contract is supposed to be a “lucrative” one. Which means he is getting a good amount of money for his appearance in the show.
