This year movie enthusiasts and movie-goers alike will be treated by Greta Gerwig’s live-action Barbie starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as the leads. Apart from the two, there are other Hollywood stars such as Simu Liu on the cast list. As far as information on the plot goes, the story evolves around Barbie (Robbie) who along with Ken (Gosling) happens to visit the Human world where they come to learn about the danger of living making humans.

The trailer for the film came out in December last year while the teaser came out earlier in May last year. Warner Bros confirmed the release date to be the 21st of July this year. As for reports on how much the two leads have received for their roles, both Robbie and Gosling have been paid 12.5 million dollars according to Variety.
