LA Department of Public Works claimed a Trench was filled by the actor
As per CBS News, the Los Angeles Department of Public Works explained in a statement that the pothole which was filled by the actor and his team was a trench that had been dug for utility work. They also stated that they coated the trench with asphalt for a while before replacing it with a long-term surface. One of the officials said in a statement,
“We have notified the Gas Company of the issue and the need for them to maintain the site pavement until their permanent paving is constructed.”
After the actor posted a video of himself filling the pothole, the utility crew members returned to ensure that the area was completely repaired this time. Based on the reports, rain delayed the work of fixing the trench for a very long time.
