“She really was the one who ‘save’ him at this low point”: Despite All Fan Hate, Prince Harry is Still Grateful to Meghan Markle for Saving His Life
Prince Harry, the youngest son of King Charles III and the late Princess Diana became the center of attention when Meghan Markle entered his life. Even though he was well renowned as a member of the British royal family, her arrival into his life suddenly turned them into the limelight, which somehow became negative as time went by.
While the couple has always opened up about the alleged ill-treatment they received from the royal family, a report suggested that the royal prince thinks of his wife as his savior who helped him in his hour of need.

Back in 2021, the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry co-produced the AppleTv+ show, The Me You Can’t See, along with Oprah Winfrey, and opened up about many stories related to him and his wife, Meghan Markle. The same year, body language expert Judi James observed the former’s body language and shared how he considers his wife as his savior.
“He begins to fiddle with his wedding ring,” adding, “Harry slows and becomes calmer when he speaks about Meghan and he appears to mime her side of their conversations, throwing his hands out palms-up to repeat her suggestion that ‘I think you need to see someone'”.
She continued,
“Harry uses his body language to role-play both sides in the argument they had, using the open hands and calm of Meghan versus the self-protective fist-shapes as he first thinks ‘How dare you’ about the thought he needed help. His palm-swipe appears to mimic her listing of his problems before he rubs his wedding ring again.”
In the series, he shared that Markle pushed him to address the trauma he experienced after losing his mother, Princess Diana, at such a young age. This is the reason as per her why the 38-year-old prince feels that about his wife.
A Brief Note on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Relationship
The royal couple began their relationship in 2016, with reports suggesting that they were introduced by mutual friends.
They got married two years after dating each other sharing two children, Archie and Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor. Soon after the latter became a part of the royal family, Markle claimed that she had been mistreated by some of the royals with the institution feigning ignorance.
Back in 2020, they decided to step back as “senior” members of the royal family and made their decision permanent the following year by informing the late Queen Elizabeth II about stepping back permanently. Around the same year, they shocked the world with their bombshell interview opening about the mistreatment the Suits alum received during her stay in the royal palace.
Last year, they also released a six-part Netflix documentary series, Harry & Meghan, unveiling their life behind the palace walls. It also explored hidden secrets of the royal family along with some sweet family moments of the pair. The royal prince also released his memoir, Spare, which majorly centered around his relationship with others in the royal family.
Spare is available in bookstores while Harry & Meghan is available on Netflix.
